By making a purchase from our store through the Noodra platform, you agree to the terms and conditions described below. 1. About the Pieces and the Handcrafted Process Uniqueness and Imperfection: All of our pieces are handcrafted using rustic and/or reclaimed wood. Natural Variations: Knots, grain patterns, cracks, and variations in wood tone are not defects, but rather unique characteristics that give each lamp its own identity. The piece you receive will be exactly as shown in the listing photos or may have slight natural variations in the case of limited editions. 2. Orders and Payment Processing: Orders are processed after payment is confirmed on the Noodra platform. Custom Pieces: For orders with custom laser engraving, the production and shipping time will be agreed upon with the customer prior to payment. 3. Shipping and Delivery Timelines: Items in stock are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Packaging: All lamps are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping Damage: If the packaging shows visible damage at the time of delivery, the customer must note this on the carrier’s delivery slip and contact us within the first 24 hours. 4. Exchanges, Returns, and Cancellations Right of Withdrawal: The customer has 14 days after receiving the product to request a return, provided the item is in its original condition and shows no signs of use. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of error on our part or a manufacturing defect. Exceptions: Custom-made parts or items with personalized laser engravings cannot be returned, except in cases of electrical system malfunction. 5. Warranty and Electrical Safety All electrical components (sockets, cables, and switches) used are certified and tested before shipment. We recommend using appropriate light bulbs (preferably LED) within the voltage range specified for each model.
