I offer you summer honey from our hives with my partner Apijo. Honey from plots of wild brambles located around Montauban Summer honey is one of our "special" honeys because it is produced on plots where bees can draw nectar from linden trees as well as wild brambles. It's a honey with a slightly more pronounced taste, with fruity notes of peach. This summer honey is currently runny and amber in color. It will become creamy and crystallize over time.
