I offer you spring honey from our hives with my partner Apijo. Honey from rapeseed crops located around Montauban. This honey contains a mixture of rapeseed, hawthorn and acacia, as well as various flowers that grow in spring. Spring honey has a very mild floral taste with a delicately stirred, creamy texture.
