All orders are handmade to order and require a production time of 7–14 days before dispatch. Please be aware of this timeframe when placing your order. All items are shipped DDU, meaning the recipient is responsible for paying any customs fees, import taxes or handling charges applied by their local authorities upon receipt of the parcel. Returns requests are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be sent back at the buyer’s cost. Any import charges, customs fees or taxes raised during the return process will be deducted from the refund amount. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaged securely. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, held or refused due to unpaid customs charges. As products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted before production begins. For orders fulfilled on behalf of resellers, the reseller’s customer is responsible for all import duties and return shipping costs.
